Protect, Preserve and Grow

We are an alternative asset management company specialising in the investment and management of yield-accretive assets. Through the careful management of our funds, most of which are domiciled in Singapore, we protect our invested capital and preserve the wealth of our investors.

In global real estate, we formulate long- and short-term development plans and advise on marketing, tenant mix, redevelopment and capital structure.

In alternative investments, we seek high-growth companies and assets to deliver unique opportunities that generate the best possible returns for investors, uncorrelated to traditional asset classes.

Our core management team comprises forward-looking Singaporean investors with decades of experience in private equity and alternative investments, complemented by expertise in corporate finance, capital markets and treasury.

Based in Singapore and incorporated in 2017, Elite Partners Capital Pte Ltd (“EPC”) was established to deliver unique and lasting value for investors based on common interests, long-term perspectives and a disciplined approach.

EPC is the brainchild of co-founders Mr Victor Song, Mr Chiew Chuanjin and Mr Charles Hoon. Mr Song, now EPC’s CEO, had found great success at SGX-listed real estate investment trust Viva Industrial Trust – where he grew its assets under management to around S$1.3 billion – and sought to create an investment vehicle for other market segments.

EPC is a Capital Market Services Company with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and operates under the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations [“SF(LCB)R”]. Our sponsor is a leading integrated construction and real estate group in Singapore.
