Singapore, 4 July 2018 – Elite Partners Capital Limited (“Elite” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Emily Goh as Portfolio Director with effect from today.
Emily has 18 years of experience working with regional start-up and growth companies, particularly in strategic alliances and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (“M&As”). Over the course of her career, she has designed and launched numerous private equity funds in Asia, raised capital for portfolio companies and executed multiple successful exits.
As Portfolio Director, Emily is responsible for overseeing the Elite InNorvate Growth LP, which co-invests with government bodies – including but not limited to the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Agencies – to raise funds and provide growth capital that will help Norway-based technology companies expand and achieve scale outside their home country.
Prior to joining Elite, Emily was a Principal and Head of Investor Relations at Asian private equity firm Tembusu Partners (“Tembusu”), where she managed education and technology investments, executed major exits and represented the company on the boards of listed and unlisted companies across Asia. She also oversaw financial reporting and compliance, as well as communications outreach to the wider investor community.
Victor Song, CEO of Elite, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Emily on board as the Portfolio Director of our Norwegian fund. Her expertise and years of experience will bring great value to investors as we seek out new opportunities in this exciting sector. We look forward to her contributions and valuable guidance in the coming years.”
