APPROACH

The Fund Series acquires high-quality freehold or virtual freehold commercial real estate geographically diversified across the UK.

Over 97% of these assets are fully leased to the AA-rated UK government on triple net long leases, minimising the default and credit risks present.

TRACK RECORD

Elite UK Commercial Fund I comprised 97 properties valued at £319 million. The portfolio was listed as Singapore’s first UK-focused REIT in 2020. £213 million worth of assets from Fund II were subsequently injected into the REIT in 2021.

The REIT also holds a first right of refusal with Fund III’s assets.
