MR. MICHEAL TAN

Executive Chairman

Throughout his career, Mr. Tan has held various senior appointments and has a wide corporate experience. He served as the Executive Chairman of Singapore Exchange-listed LH Group Limited (formerly Liang Huat Aluminium Limited) from March 2010 until February 2017, responsible for business development.

He also served as Non-Executive Director of Viva Industrial Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (the manager of SGX-listed Viva Industrial Trust – since merged with ESR Reit) where he worked with EPC’s current CEO and managing director, Mr. Victor Song.

Mr. Tan also has an accomplished track record as an Operationally Ready National Serviceman in the Singapore Armed Forces (“SAF”). He was conferred the Commendation Medal (Military) by the Singapore government in 2013. A Colonel in the SAF, he is currently Commander of SAF’s 29th Infantry Brigade.

Mr. Tan graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology, USA, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with Highest Honours, and holds a Master of Business Administration (For Senior Executives) from the National University of Singapore.

MR. VICTOR SONG

CEO, Managing Director

One of the founding shareholders of Elite Partners Group, Victor is responsible for the overall management and strategy of group as well as investment and asset management activities of various Funds under management.

Prior to the establishment of Elite Partners Group, Mr Song was one of the founding members of Viva Industrial Trust (“VIT”) (which has since merged with ESR-REIT) where he also held the positions of Head of Asset Management and Investment Director of VIT’s manager, Viva Industrial Trust Management Pte. Ltd. He was responsible for the business plans and operations of the properties, as well as formulating and evaluating acquisition and divestment opportunities. During his tenure at VIT’s manager, VIT’s total assets under management grew steadily to more than S$1 billion. Earlier in his career, Mr Song was part of the investment team at SGX-ST-listed Cambridge Industrial Trust (currently known as ESR-REIT), where he was responsible for formulating investment strategies and the execution of investment transactions.

Mr Song has 15 years of experience across the entire real estate investment value chain, from leasing, asset management and advisory, and build-to-suit activities to acquisitions, investment and divestment.

Mr Song graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration). He has also obtained a Certificate of Real Estate Valuation from the International Management Academy and a Certificate of Real Estate Investment Finance from the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association.

MR. CHUAN JIN CHIEW

CFO, Executive Director

One of the founding shareholders of Elite Partners Group, Chuanjin is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as the Finance, Treasury and Transactional functions of the group and its Funds under management. A portfolio manager with extensive experience in capital markets, treasury, investment and risk management, Chuanjin was instrumental in the formation of investment Funds under the umbrella of Elite Partners Capital and is well versed in structuring of investment products to cater to diverse needs of our investors.

Prior to joining the fund management industry, he had accumulated more than 10 years of investment banking experience, having held various positions in the industry and managed a fixed income portfolio for Norway’s largest financial services group.

He holds a Master of Science in Risk & Investments Management from EDHEC Business School and an Honours Degree in Business (Banking & Finance) from the Nanyang Business School.

Mr Tan Dah Ching

Head, Capital Markets

Mr Tan is currently the Executive Director for EPC, where he manages the capital markets and fundraising functions.

Mr Tan has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining EPC, he was managing his own portfolio of investments. From 2008 to 2013, he was a Business Development Manager at Swissco Holdings Limited, where he oversaw the corporate finance activities. Prior to that, he was an Investment Manager at Kim Seng Holdings Pte Ltd from 2006 to 2008 and an Associate at Genesis Capital Pte Ltd from 2003 to 2006, where he was involved in initial public offerings and financial advisory. He is also the Non-Executive Independent Director of TSH Corporation Limited, a food and beverage company listed on Singapore Exchange Catalist Board.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the National University of Singapore.

MR. CHARLES HOON

Head, Business Development

One of the founding shareholders of Elite Partners Group, Charles is responsible for the business development of the group. A former Investment Sales Director with CBRE, a global property consultancy listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Charles is a deal-maker with an illustrious track record of close to S$2.7 billion in successful deals over the course of his 20-year career.

Charles has advised both private and listed companies, private funds and High Net-Worth Individuals in their acquisition and divestment of commercial, industrial and residential assets both locally and overseas. Clients often seek his advice on managing and rebalancing their property portfolios.

Charles holds an Honours degree in Building and Real Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

MS. JESSIE TRAN

Co-Head, Investment

Ms. Jessie Tran has accumulated a diverse range of real estate experience covering property valuation, development, investment and asset management.

Before joining Elite, Jessie assisted the Head of Investment at Keppel REIT in deals origination, underwriting and other investment-related functions. She previously worked at Viva Industrial Trust shortly after its listing, where she played a significant role in the successful acquisition of several industrial properties with a combined valuation exceeding S$300 million. She was also involved in the REIT’s asset management and portfolio management functions.

Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Lai Zehan

Portfolio Manager, Elite Trafford Global Equity Fund

Mr Lai Zehan (“Zehan“) is the Portfolio Director for Elite Trafford Global Equity Fund and is responsible for the management of the portfolio. He has been in the investment management industry for the past 9 years, with experience spanning across multiple asset classes including listed equities, private equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining Elite Partners Capital, Zehan was a portfolio manager with Trafford Asia Investments Pte Ltd, a Singapore based single family office with a strong Vietnam focus. Concurrently, he served as CFO for one of the family office’s largest private investment, a leading Vietnam-based technology company with more than US$100m in annual sales.

Zehan was also an Associate Director of Investments (Transportation & Logistics) at Temasek, an investment company owned by the government of Singapore. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for a number of entities, including the Splendid China Fund (CIMA regulated) and Autoportal Holdings (Singapore).

Zehan graduated with First Class Honours in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He also holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
